1.Implementation
The present agreement covers all products sold exclusively through the website SPIKYLEAVES.com, sole proprietorship JOHN SFELINIOTIS based in Thessaloniki MANOLI ANAGNOSTAKI 3A – VAT ID EL052173793 . Any changes to the contract must be confirmed by our company in writing. Any user of the specific e-shop’s services, confirms and accepts the terms set in this aggreement without exception.
2.Privacy
A necessary prerequisite at the start of the transaction between us, is the disclosure from your part of some of your personal data. During registration you will be asked for your full name, email address, residential address, home/bussiness phone and optionally your mobile telephone number for contact in case of emergency, etc. In addition, in case an invoice has to be filled, we will request information such as your company’s name, tax registration number, relevant tax office, profession, etc.

4.Orders
To make purchases from our online shop you should be an adult.
The orders are binding only if accepted by our company, ie until you have received an e-mail confirmation from us with which we accept your order (Order Confirmation).
Before sending the order form please take note of the following:

– The listed prices of our products for sale, which include the legal VAT.
– Information on shipping costs of the products.
– The various offers are valid while the products are in stock.
Our company provides the user the possibility to order products from our e-shop and receive them through the use of a courier service. The customer may choose to pay the relevant price in three ways:
– Cash.
– Bank deposit.
– PayPal.
Please be advised that if bank deposit is the selected payment method, then the deposit must be done no later than the next business day from the date of order. In case you fail to complete the deposit on that date, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the order.
In case the products are listed on our website at an incorrect price due to an error, but the acceptance of your order is completed before the discovery of the error, you will receive as soon as possible an e-mail, which will inform you for the error and you will be asked if you wish to purchase the product you have already chosen, in the new right price. If you tell us that you do not wish to pay the correct price or if we do not get an answer within two working days after the sending of the email, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the order. In case you have already paid the price of the product in any way, we will immediately return your deposit in any bank account you will indicate.
5.Alternation of terms
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the present agreement. This will apply from the time that we inform the current text of any change.
6.Shipping and shipping costs
SPIKY LEAVES.com can serve customers around the world with free shipping on orders over 50 euros! Shipments of orders within Greece are carried out by courier company “elta courier” with basic cost of 4 euros. All shipments to all other countries are made by the Post Office with a basic cost of 6 euros for all other countries.
Your orders are shipped according to availability of products usually in 24 hours except for special occassions where indicated in the delivery time description. In case we can not ship your order for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to be informed if you wish to complete it.
7.Cancelation and product Returns
You may cancel your order at any stage and return the product for any reason, without penalty, within ten days from the date of delivery of the product. In this case your only charge will be the cost of returning the product.
Returns are accepted provided that:
– The product is in the same condition in which you received the package.
– The product is accompanied by its receipt or invoice.
The cancellation notice should be sent by email to SPIKY LEAVES.com and must state your full details, product description and the order number you wish to cancel. By returning the product, your refund will be completed as described above, within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product and after we inform you by e-mail that we have accepted the return. In the event that a user makes abusive and repeated exercise of this option, ie repeatedly ordering products and then canceling the contract, we are entitled to refuse future orders from him.
8.Applicable law – Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Greek law and legislations regulating e-commerce and consumer protection and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thessaloniki courts.
