Worldwide shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide according to product availability. They are usually shipped within 24 hours (except for special cases for which the delivery time appears in the shipping / delivery information). No matter which way you have made your purchase in, we will send you the tracking number; based on this number you can contact us for any issue that might arise.
Payment methods
The company provides the following payment methods:
1. Payment on Delivery (COD – Cash on Delivery)
(Available only for shipping inside Greece)
During the ordering process (check-out), you will be asked to choose a shipping method. If you choose our COD service, you can pay in cash at the time of the actual delivery of the product, either at the post office or at your doorstep (by the courier company). No advance payment is required.
2. PayPal
You can open a PayPal account, or if you already have one, you can transfer the amount through PayPal’s online platform.
3. Payment by credit / debit card via PayPal
If you wish to pay with your credit or debit card, you will need your card number, the expiration date and the last three-digit number on the back of your card. Clicking on credit card payment will automatically take you to PayPal’s website. Then you will need to enter the above information following the site’s instructions.
4. Bank wire transfer
After placing your order, you may pay for your purchases by depositing the money in our bank accounts listed below. You can write your full name as cause of payment, and the name of beneficiary that will appear is “Sfeliniotis Ioannis”. For the faster processing of your order, you should also send us the receipt of payment by e-mail at info@spikyleaves.com to inform us about the transaction.
